Global demographic shifts, from population ageing in Europe to rapid growth in Africa, directly affect economies, labor markets and social stability. The program explains how to analyze fertility, mortality, migration and population structure using data from Rosstat, the United Nations and the World Bank. Participants will learn basic methods of demographic analysis and forecasting, assess demographic security, and apply findings to strategic planning, market research and social policy. The course combines expert knowledge from RUDN University and the Institute for Demographic Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences with practical cases.

TARGET AUDIENCE

People with secondary, secondary vocational or higher education, as well as those currently pursuing secondary vocational or higher education and working in social, managerial or economic fields.
