Students from Greece plunged into the atmosphere of the Russian language
“Intensive Russian language course: to Russia with love” in the format of the summer school was held from July 01, 2017 to July 7, 2019 at the Center for Continuing Professional Education of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (TsDPO FGSN).
Students from Greece completed the course, which includes 16 ac. hours of classes in Russian.
The aim of the course was to develop students' skills of speech communication in Russian, acquaintance with Russian people and Russian culture.
Also, guests from Greece visited many sights of Moscow: Red Square, the Kremlin Cathedrals and the Armory, GUM, Tverskaya Street, the Yeliseyevsky grocery store, the Tretyakov Gallery, Gorky Park, Old Arbat, Sretensky Monastery, Children's World, Izmaylovsky Kremlin, Vorob'evy Gory, the Temple Christ the Savior, Kolomenskoye estate, Juventa children's camp, a concert of the choir of M.E. Pyatnitsky, etc.
Thus, students from Greece plunged into the atmosphere of the Russian language, Russian culture, learned about the traditions and customs of the Russian people.
Head of the Russian Language and Intercultural Communication Department, Doctor of Philological Sciences Sinyachkin Vladimir Pavlovich conducted the solemn presentation of certificates testifying to the successful mastering of the summer school program by the participants.
